In 2014, the City achieved nearly $116 million in Capital Investments, impacting over 1 million in Square Footage. These Investments are expected to bringclose to 450 new jobs to Suffolk. Office and Administration (new and expanding) accounted for approximately 10% of the total jobs for the year.
