Suffolk Industrial Park

The HUBZone Contracting Program provides small businesses with a wide variety of federal contracting opportunities and other program benefits. Eligible census tracts include Census Tracts 651, 653, 654 and 655, covering downtown Suffolk east of North Main Street to Shingle Creek and from Pinner Street south to Suffolk Industrial Park.

Eligibility

  • The company's principal office must be in a HUBZone.
  • The company must be owned and controlled by one or more U.S. citizens.
  • At least 35% of the company's employees must be HUBZone residents.
