Suffolk, VA – On Friday, August 22, The Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts will host Empty Bowls, a meaningful community fundraiser dedicated to fighting food insecurity in Hampton Roads. This powerful evening blends art, awareness, and action to benefit the Suffolk Christian Fellowship Food Bank. Each ticket includes a one-of-a-kind bowl to take home; a lasting reminder of those in our community who face hunger every day. Guests will enjoy a simple meal of soup and bread, served in handmade ceramic bowls donated by local artists and volunteers. Proceeds directly support local food access efforts, and every bowl represents a meal, a story, and a step toward change.
